Terms of Service

1. The parties

These terms are between you and Phalanx Labs ("Phalanx", "we", "us"). Contact: manish.shetty@phalanxlabs.io.

2. What you are buying

The Behavior Control Map (the "Map") is a private written analysis of one or more habits you choose. It is produced from your answers to a structured intake, reviewed by a Phalanx Behavior Specialist, and delivered privately as a web page and a PDF. The price is a single payment of $297 (US dollars). There is no subscription, no call and no further purchase required.

The Map covers what happens before each behavior, what each behavior gives you in the moment, how the behaviors may be connected, where changing direction becomes harder, why earlier attempts broke down, and a ranked starting plan. The exact contents of your Map depend on your answers.

3. Who can buy

You must be 18 or older and buying for your own use. You may not buy a Map on behalf of another person, submit another person's answers as your own, or share your Map with someone else's identifying details in it.

4. How it works

1. You pay $297 at checkout. The checkout does not ask which habits you want analyzed.
2. You receive a private link to the intake. You choose the habits there and answer the questions your answers open. Set aside one uninterrupted sitting.
3. Phalanx produces the Map and a Phalanx Behavior Specialist reviews it against three standards: a clear pattern supported by your answers, a clear point where control becomes harder, and a ranked place to begin.
4. Your Map is delivered within 12 hours after the completed intake is submitted. If the review needs one or two answers confirmed, we may email you a clarification request; the 12-hour delivery window then runs from your reply.

The delivery window is a service commitment, not a condition of the contract. If we miss it by more than 24 hours through our fault, you may choose a full refund or continued delivery.

5. Your answers

The Map is only as accurate as the answers behind it. You agree to answer honestly and completely. Phalanx is not responsible for findings that rest on inaccurate or incomplete answers. Where the answers are contradictory or too thin to support a clear pattern, the Clear Pattern Guarantee applies and you are refunded rather than sent a generic report.

6. The Clear Pattern Guarantee and refunds

If our specialist cannot identify a clear pattern supported by your answers and tell you where to start, we refund the full $297 instead of sending you a generic report. The guarantee and the process for claiming it are set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

The optional 90-Day System has a separate conditional 14-day guarantee. It covers the System payment: $997 with a valid Map credit, or $1,294 at full price. The original $297 Map payment stays separate. Conditions and deadlines are in the Refund Policy.

7. Not medical, psychological or emergency care

The Map is a private educational analysis of behavior. It is not medical advice, psychological or psychiatric treatment, counselling, therapy, or a diagnosis of any condition, and it does not replace any of them. The Phalanx Behavior Specialist reviews the Map for consistency and usefulness; the review is not a clinical assessment.

If stopping could affect your health, if there is any danger to you or anyone else, or if a condition needs a clinician, contact a qualified clinician or emergency services first. Do not rely on the Map in those situations. By purchasing you confirm you understand this.

8. No promise of a result

The Map explains a pattern and ranks where to begin. Whether your behavior changes depends on what you do with it, and on many things outside our control. We do not promise any behavioral, health, professional or financial outcome. Client interviews and quotes on our site are individual experiences shared with consent and are not predictions of your result.

9. Your Map and our materials

Your Map is yours to keep, read, print and share privately for your own use. The Map's structure, method, question set, wording and design remain the intellectual property of Phalanx. You may not resell the Map, reproduce the intake, or use the Map or any part of the site to build a competing product. You may quote from your own Map in public if you wish; the choice is yours alone.

10. Privacy

How we collect, use, store and delete your information, including your intake answers and your Map, is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: your intake and Map are seen only by the system that builds the Map and the specialist who reviews it, nothing from them is used in marketing without your written permission, and you can ask for a copy, a correction or deletion at any time.

11. Access to your Map

Your delivery link stays available for at least 24 months after delivery. Keep the PDF as your own copy. If a link stops working within that period, email us and we will restore access or resend the PDF.

12. Our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Phalanx's total liability to you for anything arising from your purchase or use of the Map or this site is limited to the amount you paid, $297. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by decisions you make in reliance on the Map. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Some jurisdictions give consumers rights that cannot be excluded. Nothing here removes those rights.

13. Acceptable use of the site

Do not attempt to access other people's Maps, interfere with the site or checkout, scrape the site, or submit content that is unlawful or intended to harm. We may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, where we reasonably believe these terms are being breached.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you purchase governs that purchase. Material changes are posted here with a new date.

15. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and Phalanx for the Map. We may assign these terms to a successor business; you may not assign them.
