Refund Policy
We would rather refund you than send you generic advice. This page sets out the two guarantees, how to ask, and how quickly the money comes back.
1. $297 Behavior Control Map: the Clear Pattern Guarantee
If Phalanx cannot identify a clear pattern supported by your answers, show where control becomes harder, and provide a ranked starting plan, we refund the full $297 instead of sending a generic report.

Every Map must meet three standards before it is released: a clear pattern supported by your answers, a clear point where control becomes harder, and a ranked starting plan. The Phalanx Behavior Specialist who reviews your Map checks all three.
If the review needs one or two answers confirmed, we may email you a short clarification request. If your Map still cannot meet the standard after that, we refund the full $297 and you receive no Map. You do not need to ask for this refund. It is issued by us as the outcome of the review.
If you believe your delivered Map does not meet the three standards, email us within 14 days of delivery and say which standard you believe was missed. The specialist re-reviews the Map against your answers. If the standard was missed, we refund the full $297.
The guarantee covers the clarity of the pattern, its support from your answers, the point where control becomes harder, and the ranked starting plan. It does not promise a medical diagnosis, a single biological cause proven with certainty, guaranteed behavior change, or that reading a report does the implementation work.
2. The System's 14-Day Implementation Guarantee
Complete the first 14 daily steps and apply them to the priorities in your Map. If the System is not the right fit, request a refund by the end of Day 14.
We refund your full System payment: $997 with the Map credit, or $1,294 at full price.
The 90-Day System is offered inside your Map as an optional upgrade. The guarantee has one condition: you complete the first 14 daily steps and apply them to the priorities your Map identified. Day 1 is the day the System is delivered to you.
To claim it, email us by the end of Day 14. Confirm that you completed and applied the 14 steps and that the System is not the right fit. No further reason is needed. We refund the full amount paid for the System.
The original $297 Map payment is not part of this guarantee. You keep your Map.
3. How to ask
- Email manish.shetty@phalanxlabs.io from the address you used at checkout.
- Include the name on the order and the date of purchase. You do not need to include the behaviors you chose or any of your answers.
- We confirm receipt within 2 business days and give a decision within 5 business days.
4. How the money comes back
Refunds go to the original payment method. Our processor releases them within 1 business day of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5 to 10 business days to show the credit. Refunds are for the full amount of the payment covered by the guarantee. We do not deduct fees.
5. Chargebacks
If something is wrong, please email us first. Both guarantees on this page are faster than a card dispute, and we honour them without argument. If you open a chargeback for a Map or System that has been delivered and meets its guarantee, we will respond with the delivery record.
